The Inter-University Center for Korean Language Studies at SKKU has launched itself and is recruiting. This institution is modelled after the Inter-University Center for Japanese Language Studies in Yokohama and seeks to establish itself as the premier institution for higher-level language training offered to non-East Asian students who have different learning needs from their Chinese and Japanese colleagues. For more information, see their brochure.
